Ranzo Hardware is committed to your satisfaction with every order. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Contact our team before sending anything back so we can get your return processed quickly.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
Eligible Items
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received
- In the original manufacturer packaging
- In resalable condition, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or closeout items
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous materials
- Items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@ranzohardware.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Email info@ranzohardware.com.
